So, what does personal training look like with Sculptured Fitness? There are a multitude of skills I am able to bring to the table in my 12 years of coaching experience. Some of these include:

  • Training Men, Women and Children 12+;
  • Provide customised training programs guaranteed to motivate you again;
  • Be a coach that listens to my clients. Communication is key and I want to know exactly WHAT you want and do my absolute BEST to make it happen! You’re my focus and my priority;
  • Build lean muscle mass;
  • Lose stubborn fat;
  • Increase cardiovascular fitness;
  • Improve athletic performance;
  • Make you feel comfortable working out and know you’re getting the proper guidance you need;
  • Injury rehabilitation and prevention including reducing back, shoulder, and neck pain;
